1. Are you a direct factory for artificial pampas & potted grasses?
Yes, Longjin Craft is a professional China manufacturer specializing in wholesale artificial pampas grass, faux reed and decorative potted green plants. All items are produced in our own factory without middleman markup, supporting factory direct bulk supply for decor distributors, floral designers, wedding studios and home decor retailers worldwide.
2. Can we customize colors for artificial potted grasses?
Custom color service is available. Clients can provide Pantone color codes or sample photos to match target shades for bulk orders.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Small bulk order is acceptable. Standard MOQ is 50 pcs per design; mixed items within one container are negotiable for regular cooperation clients.
4. How long is your sample & production lead time?
- Sample lead time: 5–7 working days after confirming customization details
- Mass production lead time: 15–25 working days based on final order quantity
5. What material are your artificial potted plants made of?
Our decorative grasses adopt premium PET & PE raw material, lifelike texture, no easy fading under regular indoor & temporary outdoor use, maintenance-free for long-term decoration.
6. Which markets do your products mainly export to?
Our faux greenery products are widely exported to USA, Canada, UK, Australia and most European countries, popular for home styling, boho wedding backdrop, café, hotel & office interior decoration.
7. Do you support OEM & ODM service?
We provide full OEM & ODM service, including custom pot design, private brand label packaging and exclusive new product development according to clients’ decor project demands.
8. How about after-sales for bulk wholesale orders?
We strictly inspect every cargo before shipment. If any quality problem caused by our production, we negotiate replacement or compensation solutions for our cooperative partners.
